We will deliver local orders within Singapore through Ninjavan, and typically, it takes around 3 working days to receive them. For Southeast Asia, we will use international air freight, which usually takes 5-7 working days. For rest of world, it will typically take up to 2 weeks to reach!
We provide 7 days appreciation period with no obligations for our valued customers. As long as the item is intact and in new condition (no wear and tear signs), we accept return and full refund. Gentle reminder: the return carrier’s cost needs to be arranged and bear by the buyer.
For any defective product, we take full responsibility and will provide a full refund. Jadeite stones are precious and we won’t be able to cover the lost if it is accidentally broken/cracked due to hitting hard surface. However, all the Silver/18K gold setting, we provide up to 1 year warranty for free – e.g. if any zirconia stone or diamond is dropped, or the chain is broken, please bring your item to us and we will send it back to our studio for a free repair service. Beyond 1 year, repair service will come with a small fee (just to cover our cost)!
